Indoor Community Movement & Wellbeing Sessions
When winter weather keeps us indoors, our journey continues — just in a different way.MOVE FOR HOPE is the indoor extension of our HIKE FOR HOPE project, offering gentle, guided movement sessions designed to help people get active, feel supported, and reconnect with their bodies and minds.
These sessions are especially created for absolute beginners, local residents struggling with stress or mental health challenges, and refugees who have experienced war, displacement, isolation, and barriers to physical activity.
MOVE FOR HOPE offers a SAFE space to connect, improve physical health, and nurture mental wellbeing — together, without pressure or judgement.This is the heart of everything we do.
