Little Blessings

Little Blessings offers structured workshops supporting emotional and psychological well-being in neurodivergent children.
This project has been made possible thanks to the generous funding and support of Weston-Super-Mare Town Council, and we’re incredibly grateful for their commitment to supporting children, families, and inclusive community initiatives.
Supporting children with various needs!
It’s amazing what can change in just one session...
At the start of our Little Blessings sessions, many children express their feelings with small, hesitant marks… sometimes just tiny dots.
By the end, those dots are bigger, bolder, and full of confidence.
It’s not just about feeling happier - it’s about growing self-esteem, confidence, and feeling safe to express themselves.
You can actually see the difference 🤍

Project Impact: Little Blessings
This video showcases the impact of our Little Blessings emotional wellbeing programme, where children developed greater emotional awareness, confidence and resilience through structured, play-based sessions.
Using the Wheel of Emotions, guided aerial yoga with silks, sensory activities, games, role play and creative movement, children learned to identify, understand and communicate their emotions more effectively. The sessions helped improve emotional literacy, focus, self-confidence and positive peer relationships in a safe and supportive environment.
By the end of the programme, children were independently applying the skills they had learned, demonstrating increased confidence, emotional resilience and a growth mindset. The project highlights how creative wellbeing activities can support children's mental health, emotional development and overall wellbeing.
